By accessing our Site, submitting birds to our facility, or enrolling in the COOPA Derby Pit Crew, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our official race rules and policies.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

To keep our breeders and community informed, we offer text messaging services. By opting in to receive SMS communications, you agree to the following:

• Consent: You consent to receive text messages regarding race updates, loft status, bird health, and general account notifications.
• Rates and Frequency: Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on race events and loft activity.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your "STOP" message, we will send one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
• Support: If you need assistance with our text messaging service, reply HELP to any of our messages or contact us directly at 602-800-2628.
• Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Violating any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or our digital platforms (including Wincompanion integrations).

By playing our retro game, submitting your email address via our Google Form, or opting in to communications, you agree to the following terms and privacy practices:

Game Rules & Entry

• No purchase or entry fee is required to play or win.
• You may play as many times as you like, with no limits on your entries.
• Winners selected from eligible submissions will receive free merchandise. Prizes are non-transferable.

Winner Verification & Shipping

• To claim your prize, a safe, secure email originating from Liz@COOPADerby <coopaderby@gmail.com>, will be sent to request your official shipping address so we can safely deliver your merchandise.

Data Collection & Google Forms

• Email addresses are collected strictly via our submission form for the purpose of tracking winning players and distributing prizes or updates.
• Data Sharing Protection: Your email, personal information, and mobile opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

• COOPA Derby LLC is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost high scores, internet connectivity errors, or issues relating to third-party form submissions. We reserve the right to modify or end the game at any time.
